The Daily Code does not require you to create an account.

The app does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or other directly identifying personal information.

Game-related information such as Daily Code history, completed games, streaks, statistics, settings, reminder preferences, and Remove Ads status is used to provide the app's features.

Game history, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

The Daily Code does not operate its own user-account or analytics backend.

The free version of The Daily Code uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads and Google's advertising partners may process information such as:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• device and app identifiers
• advertising information
• interactions with advertisements
• app interaction information
• diagnostic, crash, and performance information
• information stored on or accessed from the device when permitted

This information may be used to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.

The Daily Code uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy and advertising consent where required.

For users in regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, privacy choices may be presented before advertising is requested.

Where available, users can later review or change their privacy choices through the Privacy Choices option in the app.

The Daily Code does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally access the device's IDFA.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Depending on your location, these rights may include the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the use of personal information for targeted advertising.

Certain U.S. privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly and may apply to some advertising-related data processing performed by Google and its advertising partners.

Where required, The Daily Code provides a Privacy Choices option that allows eligible users to review and change their privacy preferences, including opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

The Daily Code uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to communicate and honor these privacy choices for supported U.S. state regulations.

The developer does not independently sell databases of users' personal information.

The Daily Code offers an optional one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

The developer does not receive or store your payment card or banking information.

The app receives information from Apple necessary to determine whether the Remove Ads purchase is valid and currently entitled.

The Daily Code may offer an optional Daily Reminder.

Notification permission is requested only when you choose to enable reminder functionality.

Reminder preferences are stored locally on your device.

You can disable notifications at any time through the app or your device settings.

Google — for advertising, advertising consent, measurement, diagnostics, and related advertising services.

Apple — for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, StoreKit, and operating-system services.

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

The developer does not directly sell databases of personal information to third parties.

Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as necessary to provide advertising and related services, subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices.

Information related to purchases may be processed by Apple.

Locally stored gameplay data and preferences generally remain on your device until they are deleted by the app, reset, or removed when the app is deleted.

Purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple's policies and legal requirements.

Advertising-related data processed by Google or its partners is retained according to their respective policies and applicable law.

The Daily Code is designed to minimize the amount of personal information handled directly by the developer.

No method of electronic storage or processing is completely secure, but reasonable measures are used to limit unnecessary collection and exposure of information.

The Daily Code is not designed to intentionally collect directly identifying personal information from children.

If you believe personal information has been provided inappropriately, please contact the developer.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, advertising services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
