Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Frog Shift, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Frog Shift grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, exploit, or interfere with the app except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

3. Gameplay and availability

Frog Shift is a puzzle game. Features, levels, difficulty, presentation, and availability may change over time. We may add, modify, rebalance, or remove content as the game evolves.

We do not guarantee that the app, every feature, or every online service will always be available without interruption.

4. Advertising

The free version of Frog Shift may display advertisements at natural breaks in gameplay. Advertising availability, format, frequency, and content may vary.

Third-party advertising services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Remove Ads purchase

Frog Shift may offer a non-consumable “Remove Ads” in-app purchase through Apple.

The price shown in the app is provided by the App Store and may vary by country, currency, tax rules, or Apple's pricing system.

When a verified entitlement is active for the Remove Ads product, Frog Shift suppresses forced interstitial advertising associated with that entitlement.

Purchases, billing, refunds, and transaction processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Where available, Frog Shift provides a Restore Purchases action.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Frog Shift, attempt to disrupt its operation, circumvent purchase systems, exploit defects for unlawful purposes, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

Frog Shift, including its software, artwork, visual design, audio, text, branding, level content, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frog Shift is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, Frog Shift.

Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or service changes. Continued use of Frog Shift after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
